The 300 SL was introduced in 1954 as the first iteration of the SL-Class (Sport Light), it was the fastest production car in its time. The distinctive gull-wing doors and beautiful design make it a timeless classic and coveted collectors car. It was the world’s first production fuel-injected model supplying a 3.0L overhead cam straight-6 to produce 215 hp and a top speed of 260 km/h. Very impressive stats in the 1950s.
